One of the projects that I just re-birthed, and probably the last website I ever build because I am no longer designing, is a free classified as site. Kind of like CraigsList, but focuses on smaller communities and allows for more flexibility.

Why do I think it is important to you? Well, I put in a special Work From Home category for every one of the 29,000 cities. You can put in an ad, and duplicate it out to many cities and towns with a click of your mouse.
 
This means multiple quality inbound links to your business/website. Also, the ads automatically get sent to the search engines and show up within a day or two. So fill your ad up with lots of keywords.

Blonde paint job
A blonde, wanting to earn some money, decided to hire herself out as a handyman-type and started canvassing a wealthy neighborhood. She went to the front door of the first house and asked the owner if he had any jobs for her to do.

"Well, you can paint my porch. How much will you charge?"
The blonde said, "How about 50 dollars?" The man agreed and told her that the paint and ladders that she might need were in the garage. The man's wife, inside the house, heard the conversation and said to her husband, "DŒs she realize that the porch gŒs all the way around the house?"
The man replied, "She should. She was standing on the porch."

Girls Night Out
Two women friends had gone out for a Girls Night Out, and had been decidedly over-enthusiastic on the cocktails. Incredibly drunk and walking home they suddenly realized they both needed to pee. Back sometime in November John did an interview with the authors of the
book Go For No.
 
It was a great interview and somewhat of an eye opener or mind opener.
Being who I am I really don't like hearing someone say no.  And yes I've heard it all before~~~don't take it personal when someone says no.
 
Easier said then done.
 
After buying the book and letting it sit I finally decided to read it.  And read it again.
 
If you're struggling with hearing NO it is well worth the read.
 
No isn't such a big deal anymore.  It's part of the deal~~~but not as
big a deal as it once was.

I appreciate the "sinserious" quality of your consideration and that you have unfortunately been on te receiving end of getting nowhere, spending money you may not have had and being resentful. 

There's an "easy" answer: Just DO the following (and SAY the same) with everyone you bring in as a business partner:

1. I will never lie to you.
2. I will never knowingly have you do anything that is not in your best interests.
3. I will match your eforts and stay one step ahead of you with my effort.

Make those promises and you will NEVER have to be concerned about those fears you wrote about up above.

Hi,
 
  Im really enthusiastic about the concept of network marketing and the residual income possibilities, but one major hurdle I have in getting started is that I dont want people to lose money. Im scared that someone I recruit may  spend money (that they may have used for other purposes) and end up getting nowhere and then being resentful for getting involved. And I would then have to feel guilty for having recruited them in the first place. Actually this is the sort of scenario that has happened to me personally many times when I was recruited into other MLM programs.
 
 Any thoughts would be appreciated...thanks
