The way
to get the most from your Partnership
Calls is to do them every day, Monday
through Friday.
Change
who asks and who answers every day.
Make no
comment other than to read the question
as written, and answer honestly,
directly, specifically and concisely.
If you
do not understand an answer, you can ask
a question for clarity or have your
Partner "Tell you more about that."
If you
are the listener, you may respond with
"Good," or "Thanks," or (if you are not
sure) by asking your Partner "Are you
complete?" before moving to the next
question.
Aim to complete this
exercise in 15 to 20 minutes or less.
